On May 29, Zou Lei, Chairman of China Datang, held talks with Zhang Shaogang, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT) and the two sides had friendly exchanges on further deepening communication and cooperation. Peng Yong, Vice President of China Datang,attended the meeting.

Zou Lei welcomed Zhang Shaogang’s delegation and thanked CCPIT for its support for a long time. Zou Lei said that China Datang made every effort to ensure a steady supply of electricity, speed up the green and low-carbon transition, fulfill its corporate social responsibilities with high quality, and contribute to the construction of a new energy system. We are willing to continue to deepen cooperation with CCPIT, give full play to the advantages of CCPIT platform resources, actively participate in the international cycle, and constantly expand the circle of overseas friends, so as to build China Datang into a "China's best and world-class" energy supplier.

Zhang Shaogang thanked China Datang for its strong support for the work of CCPIT and introduced the overall situation of organization. Zhang Shaogang said that the CCPIT would give full play to its unique advantages in connecting governments and enterprises, and in promoting communication at home and abroad, so as to build a public platform for exchange and cooperation. He stressed China Datang is a leading energy enterprise in China, which has made positive contributions to the national energy security. CCPIT hopes to strengthen communication with China Datang for promoting the high-quality development of enterprise.

At the meeting, the two sides also exchanged views on The first China International Supply Chain Expo.
