On November 5, 2019, the second China International Import Expo opened at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. Chairman Chen Feihu and Vice President Liu Guangying were invited to the opening ceremony.

Compared with the first session, this year's Expo is larger in scale and higher in standards. The number of the world's top 500 enterprises and leading enterprises exceeded the previous session. CDT attaches great importance to this year's Expo, and sends a trading delegation led by CDT and subsidiaries to attend the Expo. On the morning of November 6, Vice President Liu Guangying participated in a China-Foreign Enterprise Cooperation Forum with the theme of "open cooperation, innovation and development". During the Expo, CDT also participated in the China Europe CEO Summit and other activities.

At the signing ceremony of CDT trading delegation held on the afternoon of November 6, China Datang International Trading Corporation, Shanghai Electric Group and Ansaldo Energia signed Procurement Framework Agreement for gas turbine equipment and related services. Datang Power Fuel Co.,Ltd. signed Coal Trading Framework Cooperation Agreements with Kideco，Mercuria Energy and Swiss Siberian Energy Co., Ltd., respectively.
